The Platonician political philosophy is a light flashing from the world of ideas by means of rememberances of the soul. Indeed, the contemplation of ideas leads us to acquire, among other features, the knowledge from which emanates the policy for orienting and enlightening the living of the City. By means of its perfection, the world of ideas sublinates virtue and justice which constitute the foundation of the platonician political vision which aims at ensuring the wellfare of humanity. From this point of view, one has reason, to argue that rationality is the foundation of the political life. In the same line of thinking, Hegels advocates the rationalisation of politics. Indeed, Hegels places reason at the center of the gouvernance of the world. In the world, is also implied the living of the City for which politics is the foundation. Therefore, it comes down to saying that politics must answer, in the name of reason which governs the world, the wellfare of the citizen and of humanity at large. That quest for rationalisation of politics in the city should lead to a national organization of the international community.
