This article relates to the aspects prosodic and set of themes of the text "the life and death", extract of the collection of poems Ten songs to turn in round (1994) of Parant Jean-Luc. From certain syntactic structures, we tried to show the way in which the poet built his poetic and its set of themes. If its formal structure transgresses the rules of the traditional prosody, the semantic contents of this poem relate to a philosophical set of themes of unconscious and metaphysics; not-conventional subject with traditional poetry.
