When settling conflicts in baoule country, we are witnessing turns of opposing words between the belligerents. The conciliatory part which acts as judge tries to mend the tendencies before seeing who is in the truth. The problem that emerges is that the facts presented to him are not completely objective: each one deploys his marks to draw reason towards him. The purpose of this article is to analyze the different discursive processes used by the parties in conflict. Our approach throughout this work will be to identify and report on them. To this end, we adopt a methodology which is based on a double quantitative and scalar approach, on the one hand for the selection of the segments of narrated speech and on the other hand for their analysis according to the different useful phases which are only the arbitrary traces. to dress the facts presented.
