Abstract

The languages of the B60 group are not diachronically well know. Indeed, while there has been some progress in synchronic research, there is no diachronic. This work is a first attempt at understanding the historical evolution of these languages, as they appear on vowels, consonants, as well as on the tone voice. This article sheds light on the different rules, their evolution, and tries to account for the changes observed on protobantu and lembaama language spoken in Gabon. In fact, it is easier to draw a link from an historical perspective between microsystems in specific linguistic sets, to assert that they all have the same patterns, however, it is more difficult to appreciate their evolution from the origin. Which is our objective. The outcome of this research paper could be helpful for similar studies, as a way to better know the different languages that make up this group.
