La question du genre au Congo Brazzaville

Résumé

La question des inégalités entre les sexes est une préoccupation majeure de la plupart des organisations internationales qui œuvrent en f aveur de l’émancipation et l’autonomisation des femmes tel les les organismes des Nations u nies (Pnud, Fnuap, Onu Femmes). Au Congo, les choix idéologiques ont contribué à l’émancipation de la femme grâce notamment à l’Union révolutionnaire des f emmes du Congo (Urfc). A partir des ouvrages biographiques et autobiographiques consacrés à cette thématique, Cette étude veut montrer comment les autorités gouvernementales congolaises se mobilisent pour favoriser l’équité du genre. On s’aperçoit que même si le nombre de femmes dans les postes de prise de décision est croissant au fil du temps, néanmoins, sa représentativité au sein des institutions administratives et politiques demeure faible. Sur des périodes allant de zéro à cinq ans voire dix ans, la progression des femmes aux postes de prises de décision est d’environ un pour cent (1%) par année. The issue of gender inequalities is a major concern of most international organizations working for the empowerment and empowerment of women, such as United Nations agencies (Undp, Unfpa, Un women). In Congo, ideological choices have contributed to the emancipation of women thanks in particular to the Revolutionary union of Congo Women (Rucw). From biographical and autobiographical works devoted to this theme, thi s study aims to show how the Congolese government authorities are mobilizing to promote gender equity. It can be seen that although the number of women in decision -making positions is increasing over time, its representativeness in administrative and political institutions remains low. Over periods ranging from zero to five to ten years, women's advancement in decision -making positions is about one per cent (1%) per year.
