This study examines the effects of the linguistic borrowing of the national languages of Congo Brazzaville in the messages of MTN and AIRTEL Congo. Observation of the corpus shows that the telephone operators of these two networks borrow words and expressions in the Lingala and Kituba languages, which are two national languages o f Congo Brazzaville, for stylistic and advertising purposes. In this study, the objective is to analyze the phenomenon of borrowing from a linguistic and stylistic perspective in order to understand its effects. In the application of the enunciative approach, the interpretation of the borrowing of these languages in syntactic and semantic relation with French leads to the results according to which the borrowing of these languages in messages from mobile telephone networks produces the following effects: th e style of questioning of its customers or subscribers, a form of linguistic expressiveness, a coded and targeted language that can only be perceived by the person mastering these two languages. These borrowings also mark the effect of the evocation of a people and an identity.
